We consider as an audio content every track that relates to an audio file. A content can be a podcast episode, a microcast, a use case, a customer story, an eBook, etc.
Starter plan includes 500Go bandwidth while Grow plan includes 2500Go. We fixed these limits intentionally high so you don’t need to worry about that whatever your audience figures. In the event that you happen to exceed this limit we will notify you upstream to find together the best way to charge this extra-amount.
We don’t have any limit regarding the total size of your audio contents. Only the number of audio contents counts. However we limit the size per audio file at 500Mo (about 5h playback at a standard quality). Feel free to contacts us if you think you will need more.
Totally! When you import your podcast you can choose to fill its RSS feed url and to synchronize the contents with your hosting provider. That means that you can keep on managing your podcast in your usual platform and every upload or modification on it will be updated on the StayTuned platform. All your listens data will also be sent to your hosting provider.
You can switch from a monthly to annual subscription, or from an annual to monthly subscription at any time by notifying us by sending an email to billing@staytuned.io.
The change will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle .
